Android (Generic)

Smartsign has developed the Smartsign Android Player since 2010. It works on most Android based devices, but for optimal functionality we recommend using officially supported devices with manufacturer API support implemented.

Here we provide general instructions for Android based devices as well as more specific instructions for some manufacturers that are not officially supported.

Make sure to read the documentation on requirements and limitations when using uncertified devices.
