Tag Folders
Tag folders provides a flexible way to manage dynamic scheduling, often referred to as “smart playlists”. It allows content to be automatically targeted and displayed based on defined tag criteria, making it a powerful tool for centralized content management.
It is intended for information managers or marketing teams responsible for coordinating and scheduling content across many or all screens within the organization.
As tags apply globally across the entire site and are not limited by screen access rights, this feature is not recommended for standard Publishers who only manage a restricted set of screens.
