Factory reset

1. Press Source on the remote control to switch to an externa input such as HDMI or DVI
2. Turn off the screen using the remote control
3. On the remote control, press MUTE 1 8 2 POWER
4. The screen should power on and display a service menu
5. Select Options
6. Select Factory reset and confirm

Not able to enter URL, only hostname

The screen is not configured to use the URL launcher.

1. Press Source on the remote control to switch to an external input such as HDMI or DVI
2. Press Menu
3. Select System
4. Select Play via
5. Change to LFD Launcher or Custom App

Change URL after installation

SSSP11- (QxC/Tizen)

1. Press Home on the remote
2. Select AppManagement
3. Select Install Custom App
4. Enter the URL (using small letters only) and select Done

SSSP4-10 (Tizen)

1. Press Home on the remote
2. Select URL Launcher Settings
3. Select Install Web App
4. Enter the URL (using small letters only) and select Done

SSSP2-3

1. Press Home on the remote
2. Select Change URL
3. Select Install Web App
4. Enter the URL and select Done

What browser does my screen have?

* TIP

Starting with SSSP 10 (2022), Samsung may provide upgrades to the browser designated as "UWE" (Upgradable Web Engine). To get the new browser you must upgrade to the latest firmware available on the cloud service and append /uwe to the Server URL in player settings. (Only available on Smartsign Cloud currently)
