Troubleshooting

Here are some common problems described. Please visit www.smartsign.se for more help if you're having problems. If you cannot solve it by yourself then contact support@smartsign.se.

My Screen is black (or white)

There can be many reasons why your screen is black. Please check the following:

  1. Make sure the screen is on and connected to the computer with Smartsign Player installed

  2. Make sure the Screen/computer has a working network and/or Internet connection

  3. Make sure the Player is running on the computer.

  4. Make sure the Player is connected to the right server

  5. Make sure that the time and date is set correctly in the screen/computer

  6. Make sure that something is booked at the current time. (verify the time settings on the computer or hardware player)
