Only landscape mode is currently supported due to limitations in Android TV.
No video in screenshots
This is a known limitation. Due to API restrictions it is not currently possible to screenshot video.
I have enabled API Access in the display, how do I set my Pre-Shared Key in Smartsign?
- Login to Smartsign Publisher (with admin access)
- Navigate to Management → Screens → Player profiles
- Click View on the player profile you want to use
- Select the Settings tab
- Change the Settings category to Android
- Find the setting Pre-Shared Key
- Input your Pre-Shared Key (the same one set in the displays)
- Enable the "F" icon (Force, immediately applies the setting to all current and future players)
- Click Save

Select System → About → Reset → Factory data reset

Select Delete everything
