Factory reset
- Connect a keyboard or mouse
- Exit the Smartsign Android Player
- Keyboard: ESC or Ctrl+Alt+Backspace
- Mouse: Right-click
- Select Settings
- Select Reset options
- Select Erase all data (factory reset)
Change the display orientation
Remember to switch the screen layout match the new orientation. If the player was already connected with a different rotation, it may need 1 or 2 additional restarts to fully apply the new orientation.
- Connect a keyboard or mouse
- Exit the Smartsign Android Player
- Keyboard: ESC or Ctrl+Alt+Backspace
- Mouse: Right-click
- Select Settings
- Select Display, skip if it does not exist
- Select HDMI
- Select Screen Orientation OR System Direction
- Select the desired rotation
- Exit settings and start the player
Connect to a hidden Wi-Fi network
- Click Wi-Fi and enable it
- Click Add network
- If you model is:
- BXP-100
- Click Advanced options
- Change Hidden network from No to Yes
- Other
- Skip to step 4
- BXP-100
- Input the SSID
- Configure network security
- Save
