Iadea (legacy)

Instruction applies to:

Iadea XMP-62x0, MBR-1100, ViewSonic NMP-302W...

To access the Android launcher/user interface.

1. Connect a USB mouse and keyboard.
2. Select Advanced.
3. Move the mouse cursor to the lower right corner and click three times.
4. Repeat if nothing happens.
5. The Android desktop should now appear.

Security settings

When installing apps from USB-storage or similar you may need to adjust security settings to allow installation from other sources.

1. Open Settings and find the Security settings
2. Find and enable the setting to allow installing apps from unknown sources

Installation

1. Important! Make sure to set correct date and time in the device.

2. Download the Smartsign Android Player

3. Place the APK file on a USB Flash drive or a Micro SD

4. Plug the USB Flash drive or micro SD into the player

5. Open the app drawer (center icon) and choose ApkInstaller

6. Click Install and browse to the connected drive/card

7. Select the downloaded APK file

8. Choose to install the application (please see security settings above if it refuses)

9. Config should now launch automatically

10. Input your server address (hostname only, for example eu.smartsigncloud.com)

11. Adjust other settings to your liking

12. Exit

13. Smartsign Player will launch automatically and connect to the configured server
